Really, unlimited subscribers?

Yes. We never charge you for growing your audience. A delivery is one notification sent to one subscriber: a campaign to 2,000 subscribers uses 2,000 of your monthly deliveries. Quotas reset on the first of each calendar month, and tag targeting lets you reach exactly who matters so your quota goes further.

How does the trial work?

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start it, you're charged nothing until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then with one click. We ask for the card because we run no free tier. That's what keeps delivery fast for everyone who pays.

What is priority delivery?

Campaigns are queued by plan tier, and higher tiers dequeue first. Because there is no free tier, our pipeline isn't congested by traffic from users who never pay, and your campaigns start delivering promptly regardless of tier.

What happens if I hit my delivery quota?

Creating a new notification that would exceed your remaining monthly deliveries is rejected up front, with the exact number that put it over. Upgrade, target a tag, or wait for the month to roll over.

Once a notification is scheduled or sending, can it get cut off by my quota?

No — and we think this is the fair way to run it. Your audience isn't a fixed number we lock in the moment you hit send; it's whoever qualifies when the notification actually fires. If 200 people subscribe between when you schedule a campaign and when it goes out, all 200 get it — we don't penalize you for growing, and we never truncate or cancel a send that's already underway because of usage elsewhere on your account. We also only count real deliveries against your quota: a failed send — an expired subscription, a platform hiccup — costs you nothing. Quota is checked exactly once, when you create or schedule a notification, never again after that.

Will my price go up later?

No. Price changes only ever apply to new customers. The plan you sign up on keeps its price and limits for as long as you stay on it. If we ever change the lineup, existing customers are grandfathered or get more for the same money, never less.

What if I cancel an annual plan early?

We refund the unused full months, pro rata, on request. And if an annual renewal charges and you cancel within 14 days, we refund it entirely. We'd rather return your money than keep a customer who doesn't want to be here.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe and take effect immediately. Everything you already have keeps working — sites, subscribers, and any notification that's already sending always finish. If a downgrade leaves less room than your upcoming scheduled notifications need, we tell you exactly which ones would be affected before you confirm the switch, so nothing important gets canceled as a surprise. Any that do get canceled this way can be restored individually later — after an upgrade, or once next month's quota is available — with one click.
